NET COSTS: Prices are subject to change periodically. Orders placed over the Internet shopping cart will be invoiced at the price displayed at time of purchase, including backordered items.
ORDERS: You must be 18 years or older to make any purchase from Woody Awards, LLC. Some items, such as the crystal awards, have a minimum order amount for engraving to be free. This amount varies but will be displayed in each products description that this applies too.
ACCEPTANCE: We have the discretion at anytime not to accept any order in part or whole under any circumstances. Items may be out of stock or discontinued and no longer available. We will periodically remove discontinued items from our site, but at times we may be unable to remove these items prior to your ordering. Closeouts and special pricing may be shown on select items on the site, which have limited quantities available. We do not monitor inventory stock information on the site.
Normal shipping time is around 14 working business days after receipt of order. Shipping time may be more or less depending on Product availability. We will attempt to ship your order ASAP. Requested Rush shipping within less then 10 business days will incur an additional $20.00 Fee. Please put a specified ship date on your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
BACKORDERS: Most items are manufactured in the U.S.A. Several items are imported. There are times when stock is not immediately available. You may want to substitute similar items. We will not substitute any items without your permission. We will also not back order any items unless requested.
ALL SHIPMENTS INCLUDING BACKORDERS ARE SHIPPED Fed Ex Ground. Faster services are available and will incur additional shipping charges.
PAYMENT: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards are accepted. ALL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SUBMITTED OVER THE INTERNET IS THROUGH INDUSTRY-STANDARD ENCRYPTION TECHNOLOGY KNOWN AS SECURE SOCKET LAYER (SSL). Credit cards are billed on the date of shipment for only merchandise shipped along with all freight charges and any handling charges that may be imposed such as Under the Minimum Order Fee and or "Rush Shipping Fee". All order in the 48 contigual United States qualifies for free shipping. For Hawii and Alaska there is a 15 dollar shipping charge. Everywhere else will be calculated by a real time shipping program. All shipping fees are subject to change.
CLAIMS: Upon receipt of shipment, UNPACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY! ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER IN WRITING. Our customer service department will contact you IMMEDIATELY to service any problem. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.
RETURNS POLICY
- Items may be returned within 10 days for money back or replacement: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS. Does not apply to engraved or imprinted items, but if the item can be reused by removing the engraving plate, we will make every attempt to accept the return.
- Does not apply to special orders, display cases or trophy cases (damage to display cases & trophy cases must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return.)
WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION (RGA#) MUST BE GIVEN. THE RGA NUMBER MUST BE MARKED ON ALL CARTONS. - Items must be returned in original condition. - A 20% restocking fee may apply. Our physical location is 4715 NW 157th St. # 101 Miami Gardens, FL 33014
-Any cancellations made after payment has been processed may be subject to a $5 dollar cancellation fee. If engraving has already been produced, this will be a $10 dollar cancellation fee.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
When your order is placed with a credit card, our secure system automatically performs an authorization, but does not bill you (please note, that although you are not charged, most credit card companies will reduce the amount of your available funds by the approved amount).
For stock orders that do not require customization, your charge card will be billed on shipment. For custom or special orders, your charge card will be billed when work begins on your order.
International Terms & Conditions
www.woodyawards.com & Woody Awards LLC. ("we" or "us") offers access to and use of our shopping cart site to you subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("terms"). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, data, materials, information, products or services through our site, you agree to observe these terms. If you do not accept all of these terms, then please leave our site now. OWNERSHIP. We own and have copyrights on our site and all of its contents. You will not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, transfer or modify any of the content, data, information, pictures, logos or materials found on our site. You may print copies of your processed and pending orders and invoices. Trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on our site ("marks") are our registered and common law marks. Your use of and access to our site do not grant you any license or right to use any of the marks. You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor materials available through our site. USE OF SITE. You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative purchases. We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our site. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our site may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.
International orders do not apply for fixed shipping costs. All international shipping costs are variable and are determined by FedEx International weights and zones. All international orders will be contacted after the order regarding additional shipping charges which will apply. If the customer does not agree to the additional international shipping charges, they may cancel, but a non-refundable $5 dollar authorization fee will not be refunded.
PRIVACY. Your use of our site is subject to our privacy policy. You have read that privacy policy and it is reasonable and acceptable to you. Your acceptance of these terms is also your consent to the information practices in our privacy policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. We will not be responsible or liable for (a) any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property as the result of your access to, use of or browsing in our site or your downloading of any content. (b) any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) any use of our site or content, data, materials or information found therein, (ii) any failure or delay (including without limitation the use of or inability to use any component of this site to make purchases. Woody Awards gathers two types of information about users:
A. Information regarding all information you have posted on the site for account setup and order processing. You will receive our electronic newsletters such as updated information regarding our company and product, market invites, special offers, order confirmations and invoices.

We will send periodically electronic newsletters as outlined above to our registered customers Woody Awards gathers the email addresses of all customers. Customers may remove themselves from our website registrar by emailing us requesting to be removed.
TRACKING
Woody Awards tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Woody Awards does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
Woody Awards sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
USE OF INFORMATION
Woody Awards uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our shopping cart, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.
As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable our customers to place orders. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a periodic basis (depending on the newsletter), and occasionally send out special offers when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing.
